Role Description The Quality Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Haskell TX. This position is responsible for performing daily quality inspections on materials, components, and finished work to verify compliance with company standards and project specifications. The Quality Technician will document inspection results, identify nonconformances, and support corrective and preventive actions in coordination with project and production teams. Additional responsibilities include assisting with quality audits, maintaining quality records, calibrating and using measurement tools, and supporting continuous improvement activities. The role also involves collaborating closely with supervisors and engineers to ensure that safety, regulatory, and quality requirements are consistently met on-site. Qualifications Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills to inspect work, verify compliance with standards, and support corrective actions. Quality Auditing and Quality Management skills to participate in audits, maintain documentation, and help improve quality processes. Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends or root causes, and recommend practical improvements. Ability to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Experience with measurement tools and inspection equipment commonly used in industrial or construction environments. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and consistent follow-through on assigned tasks. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, safety-focused team environment. High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in quality, industrial technology, or a related field is preferred.
