As an Accounting Clerk, you will receive on-the-job training to assist the accounting team in the areas of accounts receivable, accounts payable, data entry and customer service. No prior experience in accounting is necessary!

Accounting Clerk Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

• Proficient with computers and programs, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to provide quality customer service to vendors, customers, and company employees via telephone and email
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to learn new skills quickly, including operating new computer programs and systems
• Possesses exceptional communication skills
• Can work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
• Excellent time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
