In this role, you will support go-to-market initiatives and sales execution as a subject matter expert for an assigned portfolio of products, technologies, and services. You will partner with customers, dealers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to connect business needs with practical solutions that drive value and growth. What You Will Do (Job Duties): Provide product application expertise at the point of sale and deliver product training on applied technology, job efficiency, and safety for customers, company teams, and dealer sales personnel. Conduct product performance studies, evaluate customer jobsite efficiency, and gather product and customer requirements to identify incremental sales opportunities. Build business cases that support product improvements and new product introduction programs. Manage marketing technology tools and systems while partnering with key stakeholders to develop a product roadmap that supports business growth. Collaborate across internal teams to align timelines, clarify marketing goals, and advance marketing technology priorities. Develop product knowledge resources and sales growth programs that support field-facing teams, customer engagement, and market execution. Top Candidates Will Have Customer, dealer, or field-facing experience identifying needs and recommending product, technology, or service solutions. Field experience working directly with customers and dealers to identify needs and develop solutions for aftermarket parts. Demonstrated product knowledge of hydraulic and undercarriage systems. Background in product application, technical sales, product support, commercial strategy, or dealer enablement. Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value and business outcomes. Experience delivering product training, demonstrations, onboarding, or sales enablement support. Ability to use performance data, customer requirements, and field insights to identify growth opportunities. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence priorities and support go-to-market execution. Familiarity with Caterpillar products, dealer operations, applied technology, connected solutions, or similar equipment technologies. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while building trusted stakeholder relationships.
