Job Summary

We are seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and support high-performing development teams in delivering quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will promote collaboration, remove obstacles, and ensure adherence to Agile principles across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and continuous improvement practices.
Remove impediments that impact team productivity and project delivery.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize work and manage backlogs.
Track sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics.
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning.
Support Agile transformation initiatives across the organization.
Identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness and delivery performance.
Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate project status and team progress.
Ensure alignment between business goals and Agile delivery objectives.
