Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose mental health conditions when necessary, and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect the cultural diversity and specific needs of our clients. \n
- Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to address various mental health challenges, continually evaluating their effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to care. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely treatment records in compliance with all regulatory requirements, leveraging current technology to streamline documentation processes. \n
- Work collaboratively with patients to co-create comprehensive treatment plans focused on their needs, goals, and desired outcomes. \n
- Develop and execute therapeutic objectives in collaboration with clients and their families, ensuring safety and symptom reduction throughout the therapy process. \n
- Coordinate referrals to additional services and act as a vital link between clients and community resources, fostering strong partnerships with external treatment providers. \n
- Engage in educational activities, mentoring interns or volunteers, and participating in peer reviews and clinical collaboration to encourage team growth and professional development. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and a valid, unrestricted LICSW license from the State Board of Social Work Licensure. \n
- Demonstrated proficiency in mental health counseling practices, with a solid understanding of human development stages and cultural implications affecting treatment. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with clients, families, and colleagues in a remote setting. \n

- At least 6 months to 1 year of clinical experience in a related mental health setting is preferred, allowing you to effectively implement therapeutic techniques and interventions. \n
- Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management is beneficial for maintaining accurate records and improving workflow efficiency. \n
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting the importance of your role in enhancing mental health within our community.
