Seven Healthcare are seeking a RN - Progressive Care Unit (PCU) for an exciting travel opportunity in Liberty, MO. This position offers a 3x12s night shift schedule with weekly pay of $2,500.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU

Provide direct nursing care to patients requiring step-down or intermediate-level care
Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and patient conditions closely
Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

Requirements of the RN - PCU

Active RN license in Missouri (or compact state license if applicable)
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 1-2 years of PCU, step-down, or telemetry experience preferred
Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
