Each employee is a valuable member of the Kreg Team, and we are always looking for our next employee-owner to begin building their career with Kreg.Accounting AnalystThe Accounting Analyst primarily supports the accounting, financial reporting, and financial planning activities of our international operation, Kreg Europe, while contributing to broader finance initiatives across Kreg Tool Company. This role assists with month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, intercompany transactions, cash management processes, and financial analysis. The position partners closely with Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams to support accurate financial information, budgeting and forecasting activities, and analysis that informs business decisions. The Accounting Analyst also collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to improve reporting processes, maintain data integrity, and support operational and strategic objectives.So, What's The Gig?Support accounting and financial activities for Kreg Europe including month end close, journal entries, reporting, and intercompany transactions.Support balance sheet account reconciliations, financial reporting processes, and preparation of business performance analysis for Kreg Europe.Assist in preparing internal financial reports and analyses while ensuring compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and data integrity standards.Prepare and analyze recurring financial reports for international operations, highlighting trends, variances, and key business drivers.Assist with cash management, financial reporting, and operational analysis to support effective business planning and decision-making.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring operational impacts (e.g., supply chain, sourcing, logistics) on international cost structures and margins.Collaborate cross functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Product Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to support data driven decision making and consistent financial reporting.Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and effective use of ERP and financial systems to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.Perform other duties as assigned.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field required0–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or manufacturing environments preferred.Coursework, internship, or professional experience in manufacturing finance, financial accounting, or financial analysis preferredExperience with Microsoft Excel required; ERP experience preferred.Other Skills and Abilities We're Looking For:CPA certification or progress toward CPA certification is a plusBasic understanding of general accounting concepts.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.Self-motivated learner with a continuous improvement mindset.Ability to organize data and communicate findings clearly.Willingness to learn, ask questions, and receive feedback.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.High level of integrity and professionalism.
