Service Advisor

Anderson Rock River Ford is looking for a talented, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team.

Responsibilities include:

Set/confirm appointments and perform follow-up with customers.
Provide repair estimates.
Assist customers with their repair/maintenance needs.
Produce repair orders for customers with full transparency including cost and time estimates.
Communicate frequently with other company departments.
Help customers with service maintenance requirements and warranty information.
Provide an exceptional customer experience.
