Job Summary

The Clinical Manager position oversees daily nursing operations for an the facility, ensuring quality care, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance. Clinical Managers serve as clinical leaders and resident advocates.

Clinical Manager Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee daily nursing care
Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality standards
Monitor resident conditions and care plans

Communicate with residents, families, and care teams

Pay Range: $88,000 - $100,000

Clinical Manager Qualifications & Skills

Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license
Long-term care experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
