Independent Practice Critical Access Hospital Competitive Compensation
Clinical Details

Setting: 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
Team: All-CRNA group (currently 3 providers; hiring a 4th)
Facilities:
- 3 Operating Rooms
- 2 Endoscopy Suites
Case Mix:
- General Surgery
- Orthopedics
- Podiatry
- Urology
- Healthy ENT
- No hearts, heads, or major vascular
- Very few pediatrics
Call Schedule:
- 1:4
- Call from home if within 15 minutes of the hospital
- Otherwise, in-house call

Skills Required

Independent practice - Must be comfortable working without MD supervision
Epidurals - Required
Spinals and nerve blocks - Preferred (training available if needed)
Must be adaptable and team-oriented

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: Competitive
Call Pay: Time and a half for hours worked during call
Start Date: Immediate or as soon as available
