We are currently building our pool of compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who value personal growth, professional development, and delivering exceptional, client-centered care. Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, adaptability to clients' needs, and a genuine passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activities. Support client independence while ensuring safety and well-being. Follow individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs and document as required. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and Dharma Home Care staff.

All shifts available hourly caregivers needed. Starting at $19.50/hour. Full-time, part-time, or per diem (subject to shift availability).

Minimum requirements include holding an active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing, physical ability to perform essential duties, reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance, at least two verifiable professional references, verifiable employment history for the past 12 months, and successfully passing a national criminal background check (including any additional screenings required by the State of New Jersey). Health requirements include a valid physical examination within the last year, negative TB test or chest X-ray, and proof of MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination.

Compensation: $19.50 - $21.00 per hour. Dharma Home Care was founded with a deep sense of duty to serve the most vulnerable members of our community and the people who care for them.
