Work Location: New York, New York, États-Unis d'Amérique Hours: 40 hours per week Line Of Business: Gestion du crédit Pay Detail: $150,000 - $175,000 USD Position: Corporate and Investment Banking Associate – Credit FIGs In This Capacity You Will Assist in the preparation of detailed high quality credit submissions for clients in the Financial Institutions sector, which will detail risks and mitigants and include a review of financial performance and key metrics, as part of a team. Research and analyze clients’ financial situations, industry and market data. Construct and sensitize detailed financial models that help evaluate key credit metrics, financial covenants, and sensitivity to key variables. Compile data through due diligence and prepare comprehensive credit reviews that analyze transactions and client risks. Assist with deal negotiations and documentation. Interact with clients and credit adjudicators. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and 3-5 years of relevant credit and industry experience, with a combination of strong financial/analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
