Hawaii Works is seeking a high-performing Civil Construction Foreman to lead field crews on demolition, excavation, utilities, and concrete projects across Oahu. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in running a productive crew and building quality work safely and efficiently. You will work directly with the Superintendent and Project Manager to execute projects ranging from $50,000 to $3,000,000, including government and commercial work. Pay & Schedule: Pay: $63.17 per hour Fringe: $35.46 per hour Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30 PM (Dependent on project start times) Weekly Pay Retirement Plans Company Vehicle Profit-Sharing Quarterly Incentives Internal Career Advancement Tiers Company Culture: Humble - We learn and improve every day Teamwork - We support each other Accountability - We own results Solution-Driven - We solve problems, we don't complain We hire people who GWC: Get it - Understand the work Want it - Take pride in performance Capacity - Can handle the responsibility Youre Role: As a foreman, you are responsible for: Leading and supervising the field crews (Laborers, Operators, Leadmen) Owning the daily production, safety, and quality in the field Reporting to the Superintendent and supporting the successful completion of each project The Work: Lead and supervise field crews (laborers, operators, leadmen) Execute the daily work plan provided by the Superintendent Ensure work is performed safely and according to plans Coordinate equipment and materials needed for daily work Complete daily reports and production tracking Maintain jobsite safety and organization Assist with layout and grade verification Train and mentor crew members Communicate field conditions or issues to the Superintendent Type of work you'll lead: Demolition Excavation and grading Site preparation and base installation Formwork and concrete placement Spall repairs and concrete repairs Expansion joint repairs Drainage system installation Waterline installation Sewer installation Cast-in-place concrete What Success Looks Like: Runs a safe and organized jobsite Leads a productive and accountable crew Delivers daily production targets Communicates clearly with the Superintendent Builds work that meets quality standards Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a civil or concrete Foreman Strong experience with: Civil/Site Work Concrete construction Utility installation (drainage, water, sewer) Ability to read plans and specifications Strong leadership and crew management Ability to track daily production quantities Effective communication with field leadership Preferred: Experience with layout and shooting grade Experience in government or public works projects #J-18808-Ljbffr HTM Contractors
