Field Service Technician I

About the Role We’re actively seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver amazing experiences and elevated efficiency within the routine maintenance of Canon-supported products in accordance with Service and Parts Standards. Your Impact Report product failure trends and serviceability issues to your manager with necessary supported documentation, ensuring accurate information and record keeping. Meet customer demands by providing efficient, responsive, and accurate Field/Shop/on-site maintenance. Properly maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property assigned. Showcase strong customer communication and satisfaction skills. Maintain the performance of assigned machines. Facilitate performance at a level which helps to achieve the branch/district’s overall metric targets. About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring Hold a High School diploma or equivalent experience. Possess a basic understanding of internet environments. Be able to successfully complete the 120-day introductory period and the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new-hire class. Have the ability to travel and possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter customers' premises. Be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling). Meet COVID-19 vaccination and other related requirements. Salary & Benefits Anticipated hourly salary range: $19.00–$26.31. This role is eligible for a transportation allowance. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) Savings Plan.
