License: Current Licensed Practical Nurse license

Must-Have:
- Clinic experience
- Comfort administering vaccines to children
- Phlebotomy skills
- Experience with rooming patients
- Ability to review health histories and reasons for visit
- Skills in collecting vitals and reviewing allergies

Description:
The position for a Licensed Practical Nurse involves working with patients from neonates to 18 years old.
Common patient visits include well child visits, vaccines, ADHD assessments, and sick visits.
The role addresses respiratory issues and supports some special needs and autistic patients.
Typically, the nurse will handle around 12 patients per session, divided between morning and afternoon sessions.
The nurse will be assigned a specific hallway and work collaboratively with providers.
Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
Support within the department includes Patient Service Representatives and Supervisors.
Technology utilized includes electronic medical records, with a preference for familiarity with EPIC.
There are no floating responsibilities outside the assigned area.
Weekend and holiday rotations are not required.
Approval for time off will go through the manager.
The unit culture is diverse, promoting an inclusive atmosphere for staff and patients.
