DutiesResponsible for oversight and direction of the organization's performance improvement plan to include designing, implementing, supervising, and adjusting the delivery of this program.Develop or modify work methods, organizational structures, records and files, management processes, and perform similar tasks affecting the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations.Function as integral member of the Medical Management team.Attend meetings of committees concerned with the design, measurement, assessment, and improvement of one or more aspects or care/services as a consultant in process improvement.Direct the collection, organization and analysis of data from all levels in the organization in order to verify the existence of a problem and determine the extent and probable causes so that appropriate action may be planned.
