Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description

The role involves assisting in general labor tasks, primarily focused on shaving excess plastic from parts and supporting machine operations. You will be responsible for helping the machine operator and running the machine independently when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Shave excess plastic from parts efficiently.
• Assist the machine operator as needed.
• Operate and monitor the machine in the operator's absence.

• Experience in production work.
• Proficiency in machine operation.
• Ability to pack and load materials effectively.

• Ability to follow directions accurately.
• Quick learning ability for acquiring new skills.
• Adaptability to perform various duties each day.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Neenah,WI.
