2-Day Transitional Support Specialist — Independence

UCP Seguin of Greater Chicago is seeking compassionate Transitional Support Specialist to provide direct support, personal care, and skill development to adults with developmental and other disabilities. This role features a unique 2-day schedule with two 24-hour shifts per week, totaling 48 hours, offering several days off.
