Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Honda vehicles, including engine diagnostics, electrical system repairs, and brake service. Use diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify and address potential safety or performance concerns. Complete complex repairs and replacements in accordance with manufacturer specifications and dealership standards. Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers regarding repair recommendations and estimates. Maintain accurate records of work performed and follow dealership policies and procedures. Stay current on Honda technical bulletins and training to remain proficient with the latest technology. Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician (Honda experience preferred). ASE certification and/or equivalent technical training strongly preferred. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability, including complex mechanical and electrical repairs. Proficiency with Honda diagnostic equipment and repair tools. High attention to detail and commitment to top-quality workmanship. Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
