Jr. Scrum Master

Scrum Master
Serve as scrum master for two agile teams. Manage schedules, lead daily scrum meetings and other agile ceremonies including sprint planning, sprint demos, retrospectives, etc. Help software development teams apply the Scrum framework. Plan deliverables and helping teams monitor performance. Track velocity, burndown rates and alert stakeholders to metrics. Resolve issues that hinder the teams’ work.
Skills & Requirements
- Experience as scrum master for two years or more
- Excellent communication skills
- Azure Dev Ops for work/story management
- Experience working on both internal and customer-facing software projects
