As part of our continued growth, one of our Core Partner agencies is seeking an Employee Benefits Producer/Sales Executive in Oklahoma City to drive new business, build lasting client partnerships, and grow a profitable book of business. What You’ll Do Prospect, network, and develop new Employee Benefits business Build and grow a profitable book of business Design customized benefits strategies including medical, dental, vision, life, and ancillary coverages Advise clients on cost management, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives Lead opportunities from outreach through proposal, negotiation, and close Partner internally to deliver an exceptional client experience Build long-term relationships that drive retention and referrals What You Bring Active Life & Health license required Employee Benefits sales or business development experience Knowledge of group benefits and compliance requirements Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow Strong communication and relationship-building skills What You’ll Get Competitive base salary/draw Uncapped commission potential Access to strong carrier relationships and internal support Remote and hybrid flexibility A platform built to help you scale faster Why BroadStreet?
