Patient Services Representative

Job duties of a Patient Services Representative include answering phones, managing patient schedules, and troubleshooting company inquiries. Previous customer service experience is preferred; health-related experience is a plus. Candidates who demonstrate good customer service, written, verbal, and computer skills are desired.
