Job Description Job Description Pay Range : $95 - $135 per hour The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) plays a crucial role within a multi-disciplinary clinical team, primarily serving children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This position involves collaborating closely with educators and therapists, and leveraging behavior tracking software and telehealth platforms to deliver effective interventions. The role offers opportunities for advancement into senior BCBA positions and clinical management, with occasional local travel expected. Responsibilities * Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments * Develop and implement intervention plans * Analyze data to guide decision-making * Modify behaviors through evidence-based techniques * Consult with clients and caregivers * Train and supervise staff members * Monitor client progress and adjust plans accordingly * Prepare detailed reports documenting client outcomes * Ensure compliance with ethical standards * Collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams Required Qualifications * Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Preferred Qualifications * Entry-level experience in behavior analysis * Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license * Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) expertise * Proficiency in data collection and interpretation * Skilled in behavioral intervention techniques * Experience with Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) * Strong report writing abilities * Effective client communication skills * Commitment to ethical decision-making * Team collaboration and problem-solving aptitude Company Description At Happy Days ABA, we really try to make this a great experience for everyone involved, not just the clients, but the families and staff too.
