Fowler, CA | Full-Time | 1st Shift 8am-4:30pm | 2nd Shift 4pm-12:30am , Monday-Friday
Please note, this role is currently located in Fowler, CA with future plans to move to Visalia,CA in 2026. Must be able to commute to the new location!
Are you a hands-on leader with a knack for machinery? We’re looking for a proficient, reliable, and people-focused shift lead to keep our injection molding department running smoothly. If you know your way around machines (injection molding experience is a plus) and can lead a team with confidence, we would love to speak with you!
You’ll:
Lead and support technicians and temporary staff on the floor.
Keep production on schedule while ensuring top-notch quality.
Work with maintenance to keep machines running efficiently.
Promote safety, teamwork, and a positive work environment.
You Bring:
Background in machinery - plastic injection molding experience is preferred!
Strong leadership skills and ability to train and guide others.
Reliability, loyalty, and a “team-first” mindset.
Problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
