This role allows you to drive for different customers while ensuring steady, reliable work each week. You'll also receive a guaranteed minimum pay of $1,400 per week, with opportunities to earn more based on your routes and performance. What You Can Expect as a Dedicated Flex Truck Driver: Competitive Pay: Average pay: $1,809 per week; equating to around $94,080 per year Guaranteed minimum: $1,400 per week if you're available to work the full week Starting pay: $0.70 cpm Additional Earnings: Pay for stops and loading/unloading (not all accounts) Detention, breakdown, and layover pay when applicable Company sponsored per diem program Home Weekly: Drivers can accept two-week assignments with a 34-hour reset on the road, earning an additional $200 in per diem Work Schedule: Steady weekly schedule with a variety of routes depending on the account you're working on.
