Admissions Coordinator

to manage inquiries, coordinate intakes, and guide adults seeking substance use disorder (SUD) and co-occurring mental health treatment through the admissions process. This role requires strong follow-through, compassionate communication, and the ability to independently manage a remote admissions pipeline. What You'll Do

Manage inbound admissions calls, inquiries, and referrals. Conduct initial screenings and coordinate intake documentation. Educate prospective clients and families on PHP/IOP treatment options. Coordinate assessments, admission dates, and intake logistics. Maintain consistent lead follow-up and support admissions conversion. Track admissions activity, referrals, and client records in CRM/EMR systems. Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to support census goals. Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation. What We're Looking For

Required Experience in

SUD admissions, behavioral health intake, addiction treatment admissions, or equivalent substance use treatment coordination . Knowledge of substance use treatment and PHP/IOP levels of care. Experience with admissions pipelines, lead management, and client follow-up. Strong phone communication, organization, and independent remote work skills. Proficiency with CRM/EMR systems. Preferred KIPU or similar behavioral health EMR experience. Insurance verification and treatment placement experience. Bilingual English/Spanish. About PRC
