Relationship Manager

This is a Relationship Manager role designed to be the perfect complement to the Lender. It is a true relationship-banking position for someone who loves clients, thrives on organization, and wants meaningful impact without the pressure of hunting for loans. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, deepening relationships, increasing share of wallet, and ensuring seamless execution across account opening, treasury management, and ongoing servicing. Working closely with the Lender, you will own the relationship flow and administrative process so the Lender can stay focused on production. Key Responsibilities Act as the trusted, primary point of contact for client relationships Manage and deepen existing client relationships Gather, organize, and manage all required client documentation Coordinate account opening, treasury management setup, and ongoing servicing Deliver clean, complete files to internal teams for smooth execution Identify opportunities to grow share of wallet and bring in new business Qualifications Banking background required (relationship manager, private banker, or senior/branch banker) Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication and follow-up skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
