Position Overview  

As a Product Specialist, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to customers exploring our wide range of vehicles. From the initial greeting to finalizing the sale, you’ll provide personalized service, expert guidance, and a seamless buying experience. You’ll work closely with our finance and service departments to ensure every customer leaves confident and excited about their purchase. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Welcome customers with a warm, professional attitude. 
• Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles that match their lifestyle and budget. 
• Present and explain features, benefits, and pricing of Chevrolet, Cadillac, GMC, and pre-owned models. 
• Conduct engaging test drives and highlight vehicle performance. 
• Collaborate with finance and service teams to streamline the buying process. 
• Assist with financing options, warranties, and trade-in evaluations. 
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships. 
• Stay informed on current inventory, promotions, and industry trends. 

Compensation 

Automotive Sales Professionals at Wilson Auto Family earn $70,000+ annually, with top performers exceeding this amount. Our compensation package includes a competitive base salary plus commission-based incentives.

Schedule 

• Full-time: 40–45 hours per week, including Saturdays 
• Comprehensive training program: 3–6 weeks, tailored to your experience 

Qualifications  

• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is a plus) 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Passion for customer service and automotive sales 
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude 
• Eagerness to learn about vehicle models and industry trends 
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
