Professional Recruiter – Agency Ownership & AcquisitionThe Atlantic District Office

The Atlantic District Office is seeking a high-performing, highly motivated  Professional Recruiter focused on identifying, interviewing, and recruiting top-tier candidates for  Agency Ownership and  Agency Acquisition opportunities.

This is not an entry-level recruiting role. We are looking for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is driven by performance, accountability, and results. The ideal candidate is highly organized, competitive, confident in conducting interviews, and capable of building strong pipelines of entrepreneurial talent.

Position Overview

As a Professional Recruiter, you will:

• Conduct high-volume interviews with prospective agency owner candidates
• Recruit for:
• Agency Ownership opportunities
• Agency Acquisition opportunities
• Entrepreneurial and business-minded professionals
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Source candidates through:
• LinkedIn
• Indeed
• Referrals
• Networking
• Recruiting databases
• Professional outreach campaigns
• Evaluate leadership ability, business acumen, sales aptitude, and cultural fit
• Manage interview scheduling and recruiting workflows
• Maintain detailed tracking and reporting on recruiting activity
• Collaborate with district leadership and recruiting teams
• Maintain high productivity standards and recruiting metrics
