Position Summary
The Cloud Cybersecurity Engineer Intermediate provides cybersecurity engineering support for information systems and cloud environments. The position applies cybersecurity tools, processes, methodologies, and technical principles to address system security requirements and solve difficult technical problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform project tasks involving specialized cybersecurity requirements and problems.

• Integrate cybersecurity tools, processes, and methodologies to address system and technology security requirements.

• Analyze information security requirements.

• Apply analytical and systematic approaches to problems involving workflow, organization, and planning.

• Provide security engineering support for the planning, design, development, testing, demonstration, and integration of information systems.

• Analyze complex technical and cybersecurity problems and develop appropriate solutions.

• Independently determine and develop approaches to technical solutions.

• Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, engineering, and technical teams.

Qualifications (Required)

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Experience in at least any one of the 3 Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)

• Strong understanding and application of cybersecurity technical principles, theories, and concepts.

• Experience analyzing information security requirements.

• Experience supporting security engineering activities across the information-system lifecycle.

• Ability to develop technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.

• Ability to independently determine approaches to technical solutions.

• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Relevant certifications in any of the large 3 cloud platforms (AWS, Azure of GCP)
