The LPN will support providers with clinical care, patient assessments, medication administration, and coordination of care while ensuring an exceptional patient experience in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities Perform patient intake, obtain vital signs, medical histories, and prepare patients for examinations. Administer medications, immunizations, injections, and treatments as ordered by providers. Assist with laboratory specimen collection, patient education, prescription refills, and care coordination. Monitor patient conditions, document clinical information accurately, and communicate changes to providers. Support clinic operations, including patient flow, supply management, and documentation. Maintain accurate EMR records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies. Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver safe, patient-centered care. Qualifications Active Minnesota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License required. Previous clinical experience required. Current BLS Certification required.
