Connect with a career that matters, and help us build a safer future. Department Overview: The department is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of an organization’s technology assets. This team balances "reactive" support with "proactive" maintenance and they serve as the guardians of operational continuity, ensuring that hardware, software, and networks remain secure, updated, and efficient. Responsibilities Testing & Validation: Execute functional, environmental, and diagnostic tests on components and finished goods using automated test equipment (ATE), oscilloscopes, and multimeters. Troubleshooting: Identify the root cause of failures at the component or circuit board level. Perform "red-line" corrections and document failures for the engineering team. Maintenance: Perform routine calibration and preventive maintenance on test fixtures and laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy. Documentation: Maintain precise logs of test results, pass/fail rates, and repair actions within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) or ERP. Process Improvement: Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers to refine test procedures, reduce cycle times, and improve "first-pass" yields. Additional Qualified Skills Equipment: Proficiency with hand tools, soldering irons, DMMs, and signal generators. Physical: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods in a production environment. Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical blueprints.
