Responsibilities Process Live Scan fingerprinting applications and perform fingerprint rolling Check clients into appointments and assist with registration Prepare TB testing patients for nurses Distribute remote exam kits to patients Support front office and clinic workflow operations Process payments using our POS system Provide friendly and professional customer service Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Assist with general administrative and operational support tasks as needed Desired Skills Strong customer service skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities Professional and respectful demeanor Ability to work independently Strong communication skills Basic computer proficiency Previous medical office, customer service, administrative, or fingerprinting experience preferred, but not required Required Qualifications Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) Must complete California Live Scan Operator application process prior to start date Position contingent upon successful certification approval Benefits Flexible scheduling options Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance coverage: Medical Insurance: Choose from 20 different HMO or PPO plans tailored to fit your lifestyle and health needs.
