What You’ll Do As an Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of our products. You'll play a key role in guiding the technical direction of our projects, ensuring the highest quality of engineering work, and supporting the professional growth of your team members. Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and career development support Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment Own your team’s delivery, quality and timely execution Guide key technical decisions around new product initiatives Work closely with other departments, including product, design, and QA, to align engineering activities with company objectives Continuously evaluate and improve engineering processes and practices to enhance team efficiency and product quality Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new engineering team members What You’ll Bring 7+ years in software development with at least 2 years of engineering leadership experience You have built and developed an impactful team of passionate engineers You are able to tackle sophisticated engineering problems that deliver results which help the team to achieve its objectives You’re passionate about being in a product-focused environment where everyone cares deeply about customer impact Why You’ll Love Working With Us Health & Wellness That Have You Covered: Enjoy the flexibility of remote work Competitive base salaries that reflect your value.
