THE JOB: Step into the role of Villa Services Coordinator and become the heartbeat of an unforgettable luxury experience. THE STARTING RATE: $19.00/hr THE DAY-TO-DAY: Handle guest food and beverage orders with the appropriate restaurant and/or In-Room Dining Expedite requests for transportation reservations, restaurant reservation, Spa appointments Assist Butlers in delivering timely and complete services to the guests Assist in the arrangement of personal services, such as haircutting and styling, manicure, massage, etc. for Villa guests Knowledgeable of liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available; the particular characteristics and description of every wine/champagne by the glass and major wines on the wine list and guest room layout; locations and room numbers/names THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Must be 21 years of age or older Holds a High School Diploma or GED Brings 2+ years of guest service experience, with a strong focus on delivering elevated, memorable interactions preferred Experience in a luxury resort, hotel, or similar high-end environment is highly preferred Willing and able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more Free meals in our employee dining room Free parking on and off shift Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees) Professional and personal development through programs and networking opportunities as well as volunteer opportunities in the community At MGM Resorts, we exist to entertain the human race and provide an unforgettable escape.
