AI Creative Director

For our client, we are seeking a AI Creative Director to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will shape and execute the content vision for a mission-driven healthcare organization, with a strong focus on editorial strategy, storytelling, and demand-supporting content. You will partner closely with sales and internal subject matter experts to turn complex technical ideas into clear, compelling narratives that build authority and drive engagement. The position also calls for a hands-on creator who can experiment with AI-enabled content formats while managing performance against SEO, conversion, and brand goals. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Own and execute the content strategy and editorial calendar for diverse audience segments. Explore new content formats, including interactive tools built independently using AI. Measure and analyze content performance based on SEO traffic, engagement, and brand perception metrics. Collaborate with sales teams to maximize the impact of content on lead conversions and pipeline. Develop data-driven content such as research reports to establish the organization as an authority in its field. Facilitate a content submission process for internal experts, guiding them in effective writing and editing. Work cross-functionally to distribute content and strengthen organizational storytelling. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience with strong writing skills. 3-5+ years of content creation experience in a startup or high-growth environment, with a versatile portfolio. Proficiency in turning data into compelling narratives and storytelling, particularly in research reports. Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Lovable for independent content production. Experience managing content performance metrics focused on SEO and conversion goals. Strong initiative and ability to manage the entire content lifecycle with minimal oversight. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, technical, mission-driven settings.
