Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1 year outpatient experience

Assignment Details

• Schedule includes Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8 to 7, and Tuesday and Friday from 8 to 1.
• Some scheduling flexibility is available.
• Float to other facilities may be required.
