Intake & Care Access Specialist

JAMHI Health & Wellness, Inc. in Juneau, AK, is seeking an Intake Coordinator to help clients access timely, coordinated services across JAMHI programs.
You will identify client needs, route them to the proper service line, and support engagement throughout the intake process. Collaborating with clinical and administrative staff, you will ensure accurate documentation, clear program requirements, and smooth referrals.
