ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2013 and is a close-knit team of three who focus on delivering excellent service while maintaining a strong work-life balance. I began my career with State Farm in 2009 working in corporate before transitioning into agency ownership, bringing that experience and perspective into how I run the office today.
I studied at SUNY Buffalo where I also played basketball. Outside of the office, I enjoy fly fishing and spending time supporting my kids at their sporting events. Family plays a big role in my life, and that carries over into the culture of our agency.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kit Swenby - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
