Job Title: Health, Safety & Environmental Manager Location: Wisconsin (Relocation Assistance Available) About the Opportunity An established and rapidly growing heavy industrial manufacturer is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to lead and develop health, safety and environmental initiatives at one of its key U.S. manufacturing facilities offering the opportunity to work in a complex manufacturing environment where safety is the number one priority. Day to Day Develop and implement health, safety and environmental policies and procedures. Conduct regular safety inspections and site audits. Investigate incidents and carry out root cause analysis. Maintain OSHA and environmental compliance records. Deliver health and safety training across the facility. Lead and chair Safety Committee meetings. Monitor PPE compliance and site safety standards. Support emergency preparedness planning and recycling initiatives. Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Drive continuous improvement in safety performance and culture. Bachelor's degree in a technical or safety-related discipline. Minimum of seven years' progressive Health & Safety experience within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workers' compensation. Experience driving safety process improvements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A collaborative approach with the ability to influence employees at all levels. CSP, ASP or CIH certification. Experience within heavy manufacturing, structural steel, fabrication or similar industrial environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
