Observability & Telemetry Engineering - Associate Director

AbbVie is seeking an Associate Director to lead observability and event management across the enterprise. You will own the strategy, define service levels, and guide engineering toward proactive reliability with data-driven decisions.

Lead modern telemetry pipelines, oversee tool selection (Datadog, Dynatrace, Grafana), and drive automation-first approaches for alerts and remediation. Mentoring and cross-team collaboration are essential components of this role.
