Technical Drafting & Engineering Collaboration – Ability to translate engineering requirements, sketches, and concepts into accurate, high-quality drafting deliverables while working closely with engineering teams. Position Overview We are seeking a candidate with strong drafting skills and an engineering background in the electric utility industry to support the development of distribution standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and design electric distribution standards for both overhead and underground systems. Create and maintain standards drawings using CAD platforms. Collaborate with full‑time engineering staff to capture requirements and translate them into detailed drafting deliverables. Revise and update existing standards as needed. Required Qualifications Background in electric utility engineering, specifically within distribution standards. Hands‑on experience with both AutoCAD and MicroStation. Strong drafting and technical design capabilities. Experience working with standards documentation, sketches, and utility design concepts.
