The successful candidate will maintain and enhance existing applications and dashboards built on Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint, while designing and developing new tools that streamline workflows, improve data visibility, and support mission objectives. This position requires a combination of hands-on technical expertise, analytical problem-solving, and close collaboration with analysts and stakeholders in a high-security, data-driven environment.Primary ResponsibilitiesMaintain, optimize, and troubleshoot existing Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboardsDesign, build, and deploy new Power Apps and Power BI dashboards that meet end-user requirementsManage Power Platform environments, connections, permissions, and data gatewaysDevelop automation and workflow solutions to streamline processes for client baseImplement data governance, security, and compliance best practices within the Power Platform ecosystemDesign and deploy new SharePoint solutions integrated with Power Apps and Power AutomateEnsure reliability, accessibility, and security of SharePoint-based applications and contentEngage directly with customers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsProvide user support, documentation, and training for applications and dashboardsWork with IT security teams to ensure all solutions align with information assurance and cybersecurity standardsMonitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend continuous improvementsRequired QualificationsU.S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI ClearanceExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, secure solutionsAbility to balance multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environmentSelf-starter with a collaborative mindset and customer-service orientationDesired QualificationsExperience supporting federal intelligence/law enforcement clientsExperience with JSON, REST APIs, or integrating external data sourcesExempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans.
