Patient Service Representative 
Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Patient Service Representative (PSR) to support a medical establishment. In this role, you will provide front-line administrative and clerical support in a healthcare setting, ensuring a positive experience for patients and efficient clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
• Schedule appointments and manage patient check-in/check-out processes
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and route calls appropriately
• Coordinate with clinical staff to support daily operations
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations
• Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of clerical support experience in a healthcare setting or related field
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Additional Details:

• Position is based in Honolulu 96813, cannot be worked remotely
• Monday-Friday, 0800-1630
• $20-$21/hr. based on experience
• This is a temporary assignment anticipated to last about 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs
