Location: Sonora, California

Start Date: 08-05-2026

End Date: 11-04-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver therapeutic interventions following the PT plan of care
Document patient progress and response to treatment
Empower patients through education and home exercise programs
Communicate patient status clearly to the supervising PT
Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards

Qualifications

You are a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
You hold an active state PTA license (or are able to obtain one)
You can follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in physical therapy and therapeutic interventions
Strong patient documentation abilities
Experienced in patient education and home exercise programs
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Committed to infection control and safety protocols
