If you are a certified Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for supporting students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, this contract opportunity may be an excellent fit. Working in a dynamic school environment near Delano, CA, you'll utilize your expertise to help students overcome communication challenges and reach their academic goals.

This position offers a clear schedule: you will work 7.5 hours per day, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 3:15 pm. The assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through May 29, 2026, providing a stable, long-term opportunity to make a significant impact.

Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certification required to work in school settings
  • Experience working with students in elementary, middle, and high schools
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to students
  • Perform assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students' needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in parent conferences, team meetings, and professional development
  • Offer consultations and training for school staff as needed
