Project Manager - ConstructionEnsure all your application information is up to date and in order before applying for this opportunity.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate has experience with concrete, drywall, or other specialties.Key ResponsibilitiesLead construction projects from planning through closeout.Develop and manage project schedules, labor plans, budgets, and forecasts.Oversee project estimating, change management, purchasing, and resource allocation.Manage submittals, RFIs, document control, and project documentation.Monitor project costs, accounting, procurement, and overall financial performance.Coordinate with field teams, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.Identify and resolve constructability, scheduling, and project execution issues.Conduct regular jobsite inspections and project status meetings.Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget while meeting quality and safety standards.Provide weekly project status updates and maintain accurate project records.Support contract administration and compliance with project requirements.Communicate project risks, changes, and solutions effectively to internal and external stakeholders.Provide technical and operational direction to project teams.Step into supporting functions as needed, including estimating, assistant project management, BIM, and related project responsibilities.Travel to jobsites as required.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.Significant experience managing commercial construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes, plans, specifications, and project documentation.Experience with project scheduling, forecasting, cost control, and estimating.Knowledge of Divisions 6, 10, 12, and 32 is preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.Experience with tools such as Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Timberline, or similar platforms.Strong communication, organization, analytical, and time-management skills.Ability to prioritize competing demands, make sound decisions, and adapt to changing project conditions.Ability to work effectively with field personnel, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.Willingness to take on a broad range of responsibilities in a fast-paced construction environment. xhyhwjd Ability to travel as needed.
