NOW HIRING – Manufacturing & Assembly Technician

Blue Siren, Inc. | Melbourne, Florida

Full-Time | Guaranteed Hours | Indoor, Air-Conditioned Facility | Entry-Level Welcome

Build Cool Technology. Learn Real Skills. Start a Career.

Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, building things, figuring out how stuff works, and seeing the results of your hard work?

Blue Siren is looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to join our manufacturing team!

We're a growing technology company right here in Melbourne, Florida, designing and manufacturing innovative electronic monitoring equipment used around the world.

This isn't your typical factory job. You'll work in a clean, comfortable, air-conditioned facility, helping build real technology from the ground up.

No factory experience? No problem! We're happy to train the right person with a positive attitude, good work ethic, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll get involved in a variety of hands-on manufacturing activities, including:

• Encapsulation & Potting: Learn how we protect sensitive electronics using specialized resins and materials.
• Mold Making: Help create, prepare, and maintain molds used to manufacture our products.
• Mechanical Assembly: Assemble components, housings, and precision parts into finished products.
• Tools & Equipment: Learn to use various hand tools, power tools, and specialized manufacturing equipment.
• Product Finishing: Trim, clean, inspect, and prepare finished components.
• Quality Control: Help ensure everything we manufacture meets our quality standards.
• Learn New Skills: Work alongside experienced team members and gain exposure to electronics, CNC machining, 3D printing, and modern manufacturing processes.

Best of all, every day offers something different. You'll be building actual products, not just standing at a conveyor belt doing the same thing all day.

Why Work at Blue Siren?

• Full-time employment with guaranteed scheduled hours
• Comfortable, indoor, air-conditioned workplace
• Consistent, dependable work year-round
• Hands-on training provided
• Friendly, small-team atmosphere
• Interesting products and a variety of projects
• Opportunities to learn manufacturing, machining, and electronics
• Great starting point for someone interested in an apprenticeship or technical career
• A chance to build technology that's used internationally

Who We're Looking For

You don't need a fancy degree or years of experience. We're more interested in finding the right person.

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

• Enjoys working with their hands and building things.
• Is mechanically inclined or interested in learning.
• Takes pride in doing quality work.
• Shows up on time and is dependable.
• Can follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Is comfortable using basic hand tools or willing to learn.
• Enjoys working with a small, friendly team.
• Wants to learn new skills and grow professionally.
