As a COCESS Store Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting this mission by leading the operations of a Contractor Operated Civil Engineering Supply Store (COCESS) at Hanscom AFB, ensuring efficient sourcing, accurate pricing, and exceptional service to our government partners.Key Responsibilities* Manage COCESS (Contractor Operated Civil Engineering Supply Store) to include sales, operations and Contract requirements.* Source and price materials across multiple civil engineering trades (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC.)* Create and manage product entries, quotes, and purchase orders in our system.* Maintain accurate stock levels and fulfill requisitions in a timely manner.* Track government spending and billing across multiple accounts, and ensure compliance with COCESS contract requirements, reporting, and billing deadlines.## A Typical DayAs the COCESS Store Manager, you’ll start your day by leading and supporting a small team, ensuring everyone is aligned with priorities and ready to meet the day’s goals. From there, your focus will shift to sourcing and pricing materials across a wide range of civil engineering trades, entering product data into the system, and preparing accurate quotes for government approval.
