Interventional Radiology RN Needed for 4x10hr shifts 0730-1600 weekdays, on call every 5th weekend. NO CB MIN. Start Date: Orientation occurs every other week on Thursdays. First 2 Days will be in a class setting, then report to unit and orient there. Shift: 4x10hrs 0730-1600 weekdays. Patient Ratio/Population: Adults & Geriatrics. Staffing ratios are 1:1. Experience Required: 2 years minimum RN. First-Time Travelers Allowed?: Yes but must have Interventional Radiology experience. Weekend REQ: on call every 5th weekend - NO CB MIN. Call Requirement: on call rotation - discuss with manager during interview. Traveler could be floated to CAMC General Lab CDL. Will not accommodate blocked schedules. 100mi. Radius Rule (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval). Can submit with pending license but must have WV RDCS - Adult license active to start assignment. RTO Restrictions: None, must be included on profile at the time of submittal. Guaranteed Hours: 40. Certifications Required: BLS; ACLS. Special Procedures/Unit Details: Angiogram, Fistulogram, Permacath, EVAR, TCAR, TAVR, MitraClip, Mechanical Thrombectomy, Embolization. Patient Diagnoses: CKD, CAD, PAD, PVD, CAD, Stenosis, AAA, Stroke, Aneurysm. Submission Requirements: Perm employees cannot return to CAMC as a traveler for 2 Years after last day worked perm. Flu Shot: Please DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO REFUSES FLU SHOT WITHOUT MEDICAL PROOF. CAMC requires all personnel take flu vaccine unless they have allergy documented by an allergist or physician record. CAMC FLU SEASON IS OCTOBER 1st - MARCH 31st. NOT REQUIRED OUTSIDE OF THAT WINDOW. Covid Vaccine NOT required.
